Since co-founding the company in 2016, Brook has been instrumental in shaping its infrastructure, guiding financial strategy, and positioning the organization for long-term scalability.
Operating at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution, Brook oversees enterprise business operations, leads complex contract negotiations, evaluates strategic partnerships, and maintains disciplined financial oversight. His leadership ensures organizational decisions are aligned with sustainable growth, operational resilience, and market expansion.
Brook brings more than two decades of executive leadership across healthcare, manufacturing, and advanced aviation operations. In 2004, he acquired and successfully scaled manufacturing company Chateau Industries, ultimately leading to its sale in a structured transaction. He continues to provide financial oversight and operational advisory support during the transition — reflecting both the strength of the organization he built and the confidence placed in his leadership.
Expanding his entrepreneurial reach, Brook is also a founding executive of Aeroluxe Aviation, a company focused on delivering high-performance aviation services with an emphasis on operational excellence, safety systems, and strategic growth. This venture further demonstrates his ability to build and lead organizations in highly regulated, precision-driven industries.
He has advised on mergers, acquisitions, and venture investments throughout Tennessee and Georgia, further strengthening his expertise in organizational strategy and value creation.
Earlier in his career, Brook held leadership roles within private physician practices, urgent care centers, and endoscopy facilities, where he developed an operational command of healthcare delivery that continues to inform his executive leadership.

Brook earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Lipscomb University.
