Austin Owen, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced wound care, with a clinical career spanning more than a decade. Known for his calm, focused approach and strong clinical judgment, Austin brings both precision and efficiency to the management of complex wounds.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to joining Integumetrix, Austin practiced in emergency medicine at Horizon Medical Center, where he refined his skills in rapid assessment, critical thinking, and high-acuity patient care.

This emergency medicine background translates seamlessly into wound care, allowing him to quickly identify complications, address underlying conditions, and deliver timely, evidence-based interventions that support optimal healing outcomes.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys basketball, golf, and spending time with his wife and three children.
