Chansamone “Noi” Dee is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and nationally recognized wound care specialist who serves as the Director of Clinical Practice & Quality for Integumetrix. In this executive leadership role, she oversees clinical operations across multiple states, directs provider performance initiatives, leads internal quality audits, and ensures the organization consistently delivers care aligned with the highest standards of practice.

With more than a decade devoted to complex wound management and nursing leadership, Noi is widely respected for her clinical precision, operational discipline, and unwavering commitment to patient outcomes. She works closely with advanced practice providers to strengthen diagnostic accuracy, optimize treatment strategies, and elevate documentation integrity — protecting both patients and the clinicians who serve them.

Noi is also an experienced legal nurse consultant and expert witness, providing objective analysis in cases involving wound discovery, prevention, and standards of care. Her ability to translate intricate medical records into clear clinical insight makes her a trusted resource for attorneys navigating high-stakes healthcare litigation. 

Before joining Integumetrix, Noi held progressive leadership roles within the skilled nursing and long-term care setting, including Assistant Director of Nursing, Infection Preventionist, and Wound & Skin Coordinator. There, she supervised large interdisciplinary teams, implemented antibiotic stewardship initiatives, strengthened infection control programs, and identified systemic risks contributing to facility-acquired pressure injuries. 

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University. 

Known for her calm authority and solutions-oriented leadership style, Noi plays a pivotal role in advancing the clinical excellence that defines Integumetrix.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending meaningful time with her family.
